High Temperature Resistance Rock Wool Gas Logs- 6 oz Bag

If you are wondering if this is a good product as it is half the price of other brands don’t worry. This is a good product and adds so much realism to my gas fireplace. I am happy with the product and price.

Works very well! Added material to fireplace logs and it glows similar to real log embers. Excellent value!

This rock wool is perfect. We ordered it to replace existing rock wool and this is even better. There was five times as much in the package as was needed. Thank you for the quality and quantity. It makes my natural gas logs look natural and realistic.

This stuff works great! I only needed a couple of ounces but I now have a good supply for a super price. My gas fireplace is now much better looking with the additional Rock wool. I recommend it.

Be aware this comes in a vacuum packed bag. Most likely you will save and reuse if you use if for your gas fireplace like me. Product is fine. Just not as pictured!

While no instructions accompanied the package, I was able to find many youtube videos on how to apply. I tore into dime-quarter sized pieces and put them on the tray of my gas fireplace. They now function well as "embers", contributing to the display. A nice added feature, the manufacturer include a pair of disposable gloves so you don't get metal splinters as part of it. I used the bag to resupply two gas fireplaces and have enough left over for another 5 or 6. Don't overbuy. Highly recommended.

I didn't know it at the time but when they set up my gas fireplace they kind of skimped on the rock wool embers. I got this bag and it was a game changer now the fire looks way more realistic and it's easy to add or remove the rock wool if you need or want to. If you have a gas fireplace do your self a favor and get some of this stuff. It really does make a big difference in the ambiance.

Made some simple changes to the fireplace (removed sand and put in glass pieces). Figured I would add some wool as well as I am sure the stuff in there was over 30 years old and probably wasn't good anymore. Really like how it gives the fire a realistic look with the flames dancing around the wool! Bonus to have gloves included as you do need to tear the wool into dime size pieces. Only used a fraction of the bag. A little goes a long way!
