I was really surprised how well these worked. After two days of taking once capsule with food daily, tummy issues just disappeared. Saved the NHS some money as I have now cancelled my presecription meds.

I started taking these to see if it would help enhance the size and fullness of my breasts after reading about it online and looking into alternatives to cosmetic surgery. I am taking these alongside fenugreek capsules, as well as using fenugreek oil for breast massage twice daily. I am starting to see small changes. Not noticeable yet but my breasts are definitely fuller. Although, it is difficult to say whether this is from taking the fennel seed capsules alone, or the combination of things I am doing. I am not great with taking tablets but these are quite narrow in size and easy to swallow. I will update in a month’s time if I see any further changes.

Listen, I don’t usually comment on products I buy, but sis, let me take you that this is a game changer for anyone who is suffering from chronic constipation and menstrual problems such as Hormone balance, heavy bleeding, irregular periods.
