Mine seems totally unscuffed, even the battery is in fine shape. I have inspected and tested it, no problems. I wanted to clarify a question about it being an 'AT&T' phone -- turning it on for the first time, I encountered a welcome message about how the phone has no service and 'please insert an AT&T SIM card'. I wondered if the phone was locked to the AT&T network. It's not locked -- or at least, I didn't personally encounter this issue, I don't know if they're all unlocked. Anyways, I also received a micro-USB cable, and an Amazon wall charger.

Good phone ,but the phone answer system is not always practical. Am returning the phone, the system is not working well for me. Wil g back to IPhone.
