This has been a game changer for my bad knees , I wear it for pain relief for a while at the end of a long day on my feet and it certainly helps reduce swelling !! Fantastic value for money , and very effective , very easy to use , long straps that have good fastening for all areas of my legs , ive used it heated a few times and the heat retention is very good , it certainly offers good pain relief x

Works a treat for hot. Instructions poor - takes 2 mins at 900w to make them hot enough to work properly. A bit big and clumsy but the velcro is super sticky!

Great product, ended up coming back to buy another one similar. Works great for my mother’s knee injury, being able to wrap it round the leg and having elastic to fit any size. Much better than a standard back that would fall off if you move around. Comfortable to wear, fits great, and bonus that you can have it hot or cold too. Really help my mother to reduce pain.
