Would these tiles be ok to cover a old artex toilet ceiling downstairs thanks Nigel mulvey

Thank you for your query. These tiles, along with all others supplied by UK Suspended Ceilings should be fitted to a suspended grid system. 
They are perfect for bathrooms or areas with moisture due to the vinyl wipe clean finish.

Do you deliver to the Isle of Man and if so what is the delivery cost?

Thank you for your interest in our easy clean vinyl tiles. Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately the courier cost to Isle of Man is fairly high. As the costs are based per kg, with the easy clean tiles weighing 13kg for a box of 8 the carriage would be £27.00 per box (more than the cost of the ceiling tiles).

How are they attached on to the ceiling

Are they acoustic like regular unfaced textured ceiling tiles?

As a supplier of this ceiling tile, they are designed to be installed in commercial areas, like Kitchens or clean rooms. They do not have the same acoustic value as a textured tiles, as the perforations in these particular tiles 'swallow' the sound beneath, whereas the easy clean tile does not have these. 
Obviously acoustic layers can be placed above the tiles to add the sound absorption.
