As soon as I opened it, I tried lighting it but it wasn't working. I looked for a contact number for customer care and it was mentioned in the packaging. I called the number immediately and after a few conversations, he sent me a video on how to fix the issue. The lighter is working fine just as I expected.The customer care person, Vijay, was very helpful and quick with his response.

Product was delivered in perfect condition. It's build quality was very nice. But there was no flame coming out so I applied for a replacement. Product got picked up from my place but replacement piece was not dispatched even after 4-5 days of returning original product and there was no dispatch date available so I cancelled the replacement in order to get my refund but now I can't see a way to apply for the same.

The media could not be loaded. Its a very beautiful lighterFull metal body thus sturdy and have some weight, the detailing is also neat, looks premium in hand, jet flame is awesome and it sounds like a jet when litThe only thing that disappointed me is that it has blue flame not that green flame as shown in pictures but this can be achieved by changing its fuel.So 4 star from my side, but ultimately its worth every penny, could be an awesome gift for a person who uses lighter

It doesn't have grip,so it's hard to use and it doesn't come with flame adjuster

I got this lighter yesterday it was awesome and windproof but there is littel bit problem there is ñot too much gas in it but that is not a big problem I can refill it soo it is very good product but rate is too much
