Contains L-Leucine, which can cause problems.
Did work wonders for my insomnia, but I had to stop taking them after a couple of weeks, because they appeared to be making my blood pressure spike and causing bad headaches.I have taken bee pollen, propolis, and royal jelly individually in the past without issue, so I'm not allergic. The only other ingredient on the ingredients list that could be causing this is the 'L-Leucine'. I recommend looking that up if you want to take these capsules but have blood pressure or hormonal/PCOS concerns.

Quick delivery. They smell like smokey honey which I love but couldn't comment on their efficient as I'm using them for fertility issues and haven't gotten pregnant yet...

I have had Shingles which has left me pretty depressed for the last four months & still suffering pain although the rash has gone. Saw on Google that other similar sufferers have taken this & said it made them feel better so I gave it a go & do feel a lot better( even though pain hasn't completely disappeared) so shall carry on with the Royal Jelly & Bee Pollen with Bee Propolis
