They stick very well and are good size and thickness. I stick them under the insole of my shoes and they last very well.

These work well for the purpose and they significantly reduced my Morton's neuroma pain, however, the glue is super strong and will remain behind when trying to remove the pad

Tip Squeeze and slightly tear the pad to remove the backing paper . Hope that helps inc at head office ...

They don't work. The pad has a sticky pad on it, but, it's impossible to separate it to be able to attach to the ball of the foot, or stick into a shoe. So complete waste of money.

Unfortunately this item did not help my foot problem, also painful and difficult removing as it stuck abit too well.

Once we worked out how to remove the adhesive backing (snip a bit in the centre and separate from the plastic) these are very comfortable.

I bought these to help alleviate metatarsal pain while running long distances. My first impression was that they were useless because I could not (no matter how hard I tried) get the adhesive backing off. I then asked my Wife to try with her long nails and it took her a good 15 minutes to finally remove it. Once I got them on my foot they definitely worked well and made a big difference. Seriously the seller MUST know about their obvious design fault. I challenge anyone in their company to get the adhesive backing off quickly and easily. Anyway, they work. Once on. So I'll give 2 stars for that at least.

Die Polster sind super praktisch und unterstützen den Fuß auf unauffällige und kaum spürbare Weise effektiv. Mit kleinen Stücken aus gewöhnlichem doppelseitigem Klebeband lassen sie sich auch mehrfach verwenden. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man keine Einlagen tragen möchte.

I've been using metadomes for a couple of years now but the ones I get from my podiatrist are extremely expensive, and I need them in all my shoes. I thought I'd give these a try, and although they are not as high as my 'proper' ones, they are giving me the support I need, even in my flamenco shoes, which allow me to dance without getting the pins and needles in my toes. I've very happy with them and will continue to purchase these from now on.
