Ive been looking for a good quality sausage seasoning as I make my own sausage at home . This one is perfect everything you need in one packet just add it to the meat and water. The flavour is lovely and good value easy and straightforward to use highly recommend.

Put a little more in than 125g per kilo for a spicier sausage.

I found the mix too satly
I only added to the sausage mix minced pork and water nothing else, and followed the instrutions on the pack to make my sausages is there a reason for the salty taste, I used to be a Butcher in my younger days and made 100s of pounds of sausage every morning and they never tasted salty is there a reason for this taste be nice to know
