They have more comfortable options
I’ve worn a couple of Separatec styles of underwear for a little while now, in their Micro Modal fabric and also their Bamboo Rayon. Both of those are simply great. Thought I’d try these Cotton Modal too.The Micro Modal, as well as the Bamboo Rayon are similar thin, super stretchy, and cool fabrics that let you really feel as if you aren’t wearing anything, and they let your goods sway a bit. But these Cotton Modals are thicker fabric with a bit less stretch. They show a little less of your outline and and hold everything more firmly, as the cotton is more rigid. These are still totally comfortable and a bit warmer, and make me forget about having to adjust my goods.I have a very active job, and do a lot of moving around, from kneeling down, bending over, crouching, to sitting at my desk. My goods have always stayed in the correct locations provided by Separatec, and I’m pretty average in size. The only time my main member has dislodged from the front pouch is from reclining at home for extended time. These Cotton Modal Separatecs are nice bright colors with a nifty little rocket pattern and a substantial waist band. They did slightly shrink after the first wash, but fit like all my other Separatecs - total comfort always. I’m a size 30 waist, and the small is just right. These will be a standard part of my underwear daily wearUPDATE February 22, 2021: While I still like the look and quality of these Cotton blend, they have shrunk a bit more from laundering, making the ball pouch more restrictive and less comfortable. Maybe a medium would be better for me, but I have zero complaints with Separatec’s micro modal and bamboo rayon blends. Those stretch and move with me all day and I never give them a second thought. They are truly totally comfortable and very well made. Think I’ll stick with those.

Comfort Fit is no joke
A year ago or so I tried micro modal boxer briefs from three brands, two of them are separate pouch style, the other was standard underwear: David Archy, Separatec, and MeUndies.I love the micro modal feel, the softness and the moisture wicking of all three, but there are some decent differences and a clear winner (TL;DR, it's Separatec). The MeUndies feel great in spite of not having separate pouch for the berries vs the twig, but after only a year of cycling through 7 pairs they are wearing thin in places and have holes. The David Archy brand underwear are a little smaller, a little thinner but seem durable and I like their pouch system the best, but their waistband squeezes too hard and is uncomfortable to wear all day. Quite frankly, underwear isn't something you should be incredibly aware of all day... Separatec's material is soft and comfortable, their waistband is just the right strength to secure them and still be comfortable, and their pouch system is also comfortable. After my trial runs with each of these brands in rotation, I bought a couple more packs of the Separatec separate pouches boxer briefs. The only minor suggestion I would make is that they check out the pouch on the David Archy ones, there's something about where the flap attaches and the pouch size that works a little better on the David Archys versus the Separatec ones. But they're still very good, I'd say they're a 4.x star rounding up to 5 for their sizing, material, durability, and definitely comfort.

Great but not quite perfect
EDIT: I’d really like to see these offered with a seamless front pouch. Seems like it would be easy enough as the top (penis) pouch is separate from the rest of the garment.I own several pairs of the David Archy micro modal separate pouch trunks and boxer briefs. The trunks are by far the lost comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. These Separatec trunks are virtually indistinguishable to the DA trunks - with a few differences. They look the same except for the the slightly wider waistband. They also do not have a different color ball pouch. I didn’t have a problem with the DA waistband but I know some had a rollover issue. When wearing these, the wider waistband wasn’t noticeable. I did notice that the bottom pouch seems to be slightly larger than the DA brand and appears to be the same fabric as the rest of the trunk. I fit well in the DA and liked the support that they provide better than the Separatecs. The biggest difference for these is the top pouch. The hole seems a little smaller/tighter and feels slightly higher up - causing a lift instead of a natural hang ... not uncomfortable by any means ... just noticeable where the DA just feel right for where all of my junk hangs. Dont get me wrong though, these are incredibly comfortable and worth the buy.

Comfortable product!
I would suggest getting one package to make sure the fit is good. I wear a size 40 waist and ordered XL. I should have gone with a large instead. I do like them, but sure could use a large.

Muy buena compra
La tela es muy comfortable, y el diseño separatec es como si no trajeras nada puesto, en verdad lo recomiendo.

Naked feeling trunks.
the material is really soft and comfortable, no riding up the butt, and the dual pouch system makes your junk feel cool and secure, yet as if its hanging out in the wind with no restrictions
