The pen is great and exactly as promised however there was a customs payment of just over £11 to pay at the post office before I could collect the item. Please factor this into the price before ordering as it makes the pen expensive

Overall the pen is very good and arrived ontime. My only problem is that I had to return it within a week because the refill would not appear when the casing is turned. The reply was that the pen was not at fault but that the refill was loose, therefore, the suppliers could not refund the postage paid to return it. If a loose refill after 1 week is not a product fault then I do not know what is. That said, the pen works ok now.

Ergonomics like a Porsche. It has a superb paint job, is perfectly balanced and writes well. I am delighted with my purchase.

Good Pen.

Have used this pen for 6years now.. Very smooth turning mechanism and the ink flow is so smooth.Right size grip and love the matt which is able to withstand light scratches...Getting another as I have lost mine 2wks ago...was elated to receive the new Cross today:)
