What is the country of origin?

the product data sheet says country of origin is the United States...

If you suggest we eat them by best date...how do we know how long we'll have to safely consume the cans we get from Amazon? Any time guarantee?

I purchase these by the box, each containing 12 4-oz. cans. If you're not aware, these are little cans -- about 2 1/2 inches high. When I broil a batch of mushrooms to add to pasta sauce, for instance, I typically broil 3 cans, which easily fit on a mini cookie sheet. I just opened a box that I received in June of this year (2018); the cans within have an expiration date of 12.05.2020 stamped on them. I've never had a problem with receiving "old stock" through Amazon, and I do purchase quite a bit of food through them because of their organic/vegan offerings. That said, the expiration date is always the first thing that I check when an order arrives:))) Hope this helps.

Why does the front page say 6.5 oz but the inside description say 4oz. cans?
