I was advised by my eye specialist to take these for a dry eye condition, although when I investigated flaxseed oil apparently has many other properties. Been taking them now for about 3 months and, to be honest, I'm not really sure if they're making any difference or not. But the capsules themselves are fine and they were delivered quickly.

just bought, to early to say about the benefits , they come in a soft gel capsule and are easy to take. they recommend two a day after food they have no after taste, all looks good
