**Q: Green light indicates fully charged but won’t turn on. What should I do?**
A: Same issue here. Green indicator light shows charged when charge cord plugged in. Once unplugged, light goes out. No action in control buttons. Complete dud after less than three months and only four uses.

I absolutely love, my handheld massager. For the money I spent on it and for what it gives me it’s well worth the money spent. Comes with all these different attachments. In 10 different settings. But trust me you only need up to third setting.

Works great, I just wish it was easier to get my back with a self-massager. You still need help to get your back. Be careful not to forget the power switch on or the next time you pull it out, the battery will be drained.
