I was expecting this to taste nasty and make me gag but neither happened. It was flavorless to me which helped so I was consistent with this. If you are looking for a good adaptogen, this brand is ideal. It is clean, without chemicals or anything toxic. I would recommend it for that reason alone.

I had been reading a lot online about sea moss. I decided to start supplementing to combat low iron. I did not want the gels because of the texture and didn’t want to have to go through whole method to process my own. I found the drops while deciding to use some other Mary Ruth supplements. Very easy to use. Virtually tasteless. I just put a dropful in my daily morning bottle of water. I have stopped craving ice and I’m not chronically tired.

The supplement is excellent quality and helps keep you regular and energized
