What do we get when we pay $15?** A: The price is now $11.99 for 6 bars, according to the description. If you think that is pricey, I'm looking at them because I've been ordering 12 energy bars w/caffeine for $24 from another company/different brand. Two things: 1) Given the nature of the product (dark chocolate rice crispy bar) I would say yes, it would be perfect for running long distances. It's very light and packed with energy. 2) Have we tested it with marathon runners yet? No not yet (we launched 3 months ago). On a personal note, I eat one everyday and sometimes before a workout and it DEFINITELY helps. They are individually wrapped so great on the go.They are quite rich so it makes up for being so small. One of these is equally to one espresso and a half which is insane and you should be careful not to eat too many of them. They have quite a strong coffee aftertaste but I love coffee.What I really like is that they are wrapped in chocolate which makes them absolutely delicious but on the inside they are very crunchy.
