I bought this for my 4 year old. She loves it! She is able to wind the back and get it to play music and she is able to open drawers and the necklace area without help. It's a bit short so the necklaces even for a toddler don't hang without getting all twisted up. It's good for a starter jewelry box but I would not recommend if your child have nice necklaces that you don't want to get all tangled up.

This jewellery box is gorgeous, however, mine had a big chip out of the wall inside it as well as a little chip on the outside. It is lovely and if I had the need for another, I would buy it again. I would have expected better quality for the price $60 Australian.
