I’ve been using it for about two weeks now, brewing it in a small cezve on the stove almost every morning. The grind is very fine, which is exactly what you want for Turkish coffee. It blooms nicely in the water and creates a thick foam if you take your time with the heat. The aroma is rich and familiar, and the flavor is bold without being harsh. It has a deep, slightly smoky profile with a smooth finish, especially when brewed slowly. I usually drink it plain or with just a touch of sugar, and it holds up well both ways.
