Great for leg workouts
I got these for my wife since she holds dumbbells during her leg workout. Her hands would get tired before her legs since she does squats, lunges, etc. She tried it and didn’t like it at first. Then I later realized she was not using it properly and was still carrying the weight mostly with her fingers. I showed her how to tighten the strap so the weight get distributed on the arm instead of on the fingers. She now uses it regularly and said it helps a lot. The straps seems to be pretty well made and came in a nice bag we hang in the workout room. We’re happy with it.

Buy these now!
I was extremely skeptical on buying the lifting straps because of the lack of reviews on them however i took a chance. Let me just say i am soooo happy i did! These lifting straps are absolutely amazing! The color is so vibrant and the cushion on the wrist helps so much. If you are debating ok getting them… Buy them!

Great straps for lifting
I purchased these straps because the bars hurt my hands. These straps help me by allowing me to lift more because my hands were not in pain

Wrist Wraps (They are not good!!!)
I bought these wrist straps to lift heavier! When I tried using them, the material of the straps did not allow me to tighten or "rev" them, so they didn't offer any support! It might be that the dumbells at my gym have a grip, but for the most part, dumbells will have grips on the metal. They are super cute and look like the picture but do not work!
