Unfortunately not just the leaves. Not great for putting into things since you need to spend a lot of time picking off the actual leaves first.

This product is ground leaves and TWIGS. NOT whole leaves, as was advertised!
I never write reviews but this was outrageous. This product was advertised as whole stevia leaves, however it is a bag of ground leaf fragments and twigs. I requested a refund.
