Excellent!
Well what can I say... Great price, Easy to assemble - took me about 40 minutes alone to put together.Easy to use, does what it says on the tin! Quick and effective workout! I'd recommend to friends and family should they need one :-)

Not bad, minor problems, good for price
Arrived quickly, all present and correct - Build time was about an hour, mostly because some of the bits took a bit of elbow grease to get in to place - In fact, some parts had too much grease which hindered building slightly, but not majorly! I also had the same issue as a previous reviewer whereby the "Difficulty Knob" is innefectual, and I will have to tighten the belt manually... If I still have fingers in the morning, I shall let you know how it goes! Overall though, quality seems very good for the price, and on that basis I'd reccomend this for home use.

Disappointed
Quite disappointing,I cancelled my gym membership because I wanted to workout at home. I am disappointed because it's not very sturdy and quite noisy. one of the screws and on the left foot peddle keeps coming out & difficult to screw back on. Didn't bother to return because of the difficulties with delivery, in all fairness to the company they did acknowledge the problems and took £10 off delivery cost.

Awful customer service and faulty item!
I was excited about the item arriving and it arrived early.I went to set it up to find the instructions very difficult to read but still we carried it on. I couldn't carry on as one of the bolts had a faulty thread. I contacted the seller who sent me another one and they was quick about it. When receiving the other one the nut was on so tight when I got it off it wouldn't go back on correctly but it also wouldn't go in to where it was meant to. I then again contacted the seller about this and said its the arm crank that is faulty there reply was they need to collect the faulty one before sending a new one. I was disappointed with this as I was hoping to set it up and get on it strait away so I asked for a full refund. I had already binned the box and I now have to go out and buy the materials to package it again I also have to take time off work so they can collect it and I am not aloud to leave it in the garden for them to collect even though that is where they left it on the day of delivery!?Waste of money I am very disappointed!

Decent piece of equipment but broken pieces & mislabeled pieces
The product is quite weighty, much more than I had expected but at least that means it's a fair bit sturdier than others. Setting it up was a big task, pieces we're labelled incorrectly & so I would recommend looking at the pictures and using common sense when it comes to setting this up. Also the peddles don't fit on, if you put them the way the photo and instructions tell you so completely ignore the instructions for this bit. I have a feel broken nuts & bolts too, which is frustrating. The cross trainer itself is a good work-out, though the handles will begin to come loose after even one use and the computer calories counter is completely inaccurate. If you can deal with these drawbacks though, the product is okay for the price and does the job.

value for money
I bought the product on sales so it was a very good offer. It doesnt come with the seat so it can be used only as elliptical.the assembly instructions were quite straightforward and taking my time I assembled it in just over an hour, although ome pieces needed a lot of effort to come together.the delivery came one day earlier than the estimate which was great and it is very easy in use.

it is ok
got it just today. it was a bit messy with the delivery because I got a few emails saying when it is going to be delivered and tried to reschedule because I was not going to be there to get it myself. but it was left to the neighbour so it worked out well.it was a pain to put it together. some of the bits didn't want to fit or 'go in', so me and my friend struggled a bit. but at the end, looks kind of alright :) it is a home trainer so really, it doesnt need to look as at the gym. as long as it works properly and you get the result you want I don't see why it would matter if some screws could be seen and stuff like that...didn't try it out properly yet but for a general workout it seems pretty stable if put together corectly.as I am young and a student, it is time efficient.

Not great...
Don't expect this to last 12 months, belt snapped so it is beyond use, but was deteriorating for months - wheel was off-centre so wore down plastic either side and handles become loose fairly quickly, and it became very loud within a few weeks of use. Considering that the cross-trainer was sometimes unused for months at a time it isn't very durable, would become useless much more quickly if used on a more regular basis
