**Q: What filter cartridge**
A: Hello, the filter cartridge has two types: the bio carb, and the bio clear.

**Q: Hi..Is there any heater..?**
A: No heater is supplied but they are cheap as chips to purchase. Ours was a simple plug in and play for around £10 and has never missed a beat in 2 years.

**Q: can you get a heater for this, are instrutions good, is it easy to clean the filter and how often?? Thank you.**
A: I think you can buy heaters for any tank. They just stick to the side of the tank and the cable can run through the same slot as the filter. The filter is easy to clean just remove the sponge and rinse in the water. The cartridges just pull out and new one slots in place.

A: No, it doesn't come with a heater

Came with an EU plug which it doesn't state But just popped it in an electric toothbrush plug thing and it works great :) Good size aquarium and good filter too.

There was no broken glass or equipment. The only problem at the moment is one of the suction pads that keeps the filter up keeps detaching so it’s fell many times, but I just kept it down for now. I also ready on the frequently asked questions, 3 people asked if it comes with a heater and all the responses said no, so I bought a separate heater and then it did in fact come with a heater, so now I have 2. So that’s annoying. Overall, I’d recommend it, just don’t buy a heater on top of it.
