Very good for writing as well as finer work
Writes extremely well and has a very dark grey look. Depending on how much pressure is applied I have either used it for mapping projects or writing out paragraphs of text. The grip is comfortable and the collapsibility of the entire front mechanism which extends the graphite out is interesting and stops it from being damaged when not in use. Haven't tried to find any replacement graphite as of yet but hopefully if I buy it from the same brand it will perform just as well.

Very Good 'Semi-Disposable' Pencil
These pencils do last a long time, and the lead rarely breaks. The eraser is very handy and, once you've worn it halfway down, you can stick a tiny ball of Blu-Tac under it, extending its life enormously.Very handy for Killer Sudoku, as you need a fine pencil and an eraser handy. However, the tip will become sharp at the unworn edges and can tear holes in the newspaper if you're not careful to orient it properly after erasing something - i.e. with the clip forward. Installing 2B leads instead of the HBs it comes with should help with this issue, then it would be perfect!

If you need a reliable action, fine tipped mechanical pencil, this is it. Comfortable to use and easily refillable. Recommended.

Is there a term for someone that enjoys pens/stationery? I fall into that group. I 'lost 'my one treasured Pilot propelling pencil during an office move. Bought this pack and gave one to everyone so this will not happen again. Also now Hove one In my car, home office, kitchen. 😉

great product but missing item
The pencils are very useful and very good quality but one pencil was missing, I received 11 instead of 12, package was closed well, so I don't think it would get lost during delivery...
