Not for over 6ft male. Good material quality though.
Im 6ft 6in and the backpack had too awkward of a fit. The backpack is thin and tall, but is very good build material quality and functionally has good storage options. The chest strap is weak and durability would be an issue. For someone 6ft or under, this bag would be durable and a good option. Anything over six feet and the straps wont align nicely, and may cause discomfort. I personally returned the item due to fit.

Perfect pack!
Easy to access top zipper compartment for important items, nothing too fussy - works great and plenty of room and storage for water bottle on the outside, which is key for me. I dislike packing a bottle on the insude because it takes up room.
