Shampoo is HORRID.
Thankfully, Amazon already did a replacement for this product, but I wanted to leave a review to make others aware that the shampoo is awful. It practically becomes like glue a few seconds after applying and turns hair into straw when trying to lather. There is no lather, and hair just gets stiffer and stiffer to the point we couldn't even run our fingers through it. My daughter and I are both natural blondes, so we were looking for a nice volumizer and have always had good experiences with Redken and Pureology in the past. We would not have suspected this to happen with a Pureology product. We both tried it twice each with the same results. I hope it was just a bad batch of shampoo and, if so, that a recall is put on it. I mean, it was horrible. For the $$$, don't risk it. Choose another formula.
