I knew my 24mm flanges that came with my Spectra were too big. But, I was able to exclusively pump with my first with them, so didn’t think too much of it. For my second baby, I figured I’d get smaller flanges, but wasn’t expecting much. I produce a good amount with the 24mm, but wow! On the first day using these, I pumped an additional 1-2 oz. per session. Now I’m kicking myself for having waited so long. These worked perfectly with my Spectra and fit my Matyz glass bottles securely.

I love the rubber grips around the edges, makes it more comfortable to pump. Also the flange does fit on a medela hand pump as well

This is a good alternative to the brand name version. I like that it’s oval shaped but I find it didn’t fit my Spectra and Avent bottles tightly. I had to ensure they didn’t unscrew throughout the pump or else milk will spill everywhere. For the comfort, I’ll continue to purchase until I find something even more comfortable but there is a risk of spillage as opposed to the Spectra version.

Wow, wow wow. I didn't have expectations, just needed an extra set of flanges, but these are SO much more comfortable than the flanges that came with my pump. I find the silicone helps the suction so much more and have a noticeably higher output during my two pumping sessions with these so far. Highly recommend!

The hard plastic ones my spectra came with were leaving indents on my breath. These make it so much more comfortable to pump.
