Got the liquid drops. So far; pretty good. I'm pregnant and started getting tooth pain in all my teeth on right side. Started taking this with raw calcium; and no more tooth pain; so I think it's working

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s a multi K vitamin that cover the needed spectrum when taken with vitamin D3 supplements.If you want the calcium directed to your bones and teeth etc and not to your arteries K2 is essential. This brand is a full spectrum K2 and I trust it due to the high amount of vitamin D3 I take daily.

There are only four supplements out of the many dozens I've tried over the decades that make an immediate difference in how I feel, and, sorry to say, this isn't one of them. I wonder if this does anything good for me. But I give the product 4-stars because instead of using earth-clogging plastic for the bottle, the company uses thick, strong, brown glass. Wish more companies would ditch plastic for glass. If I ever do K2 again, this is the company I'll use. Glass bottles!

This has seemed to help with the circulation in my legs that I had hoped to increase by adding Vitamin K-2. I have had some mild heart issues in the past and like the reviews I have read about this product. Sometimes things like mood and brain fog are subtle and you don't realize for a few weeks or even months that you haven't experienced them for awhile. I think that is the case with this. It is easy to take, has no noticeable side effects and the thing is all of a sudden you realize you are feeling better in ways that are not shocking but are really important. You mostly notice the absence of other things that were concerning, and that's a good thing to keep aging at bay in an almost 80 yr old!

Easy to use, works great

I specifically like this supplement for its blend and balance of both MK4 and MK7. I’m interested in supplements that might help me with cardiovascular health, osteoporosis, and other health factors as I get older, and I read a lot of medical literature and speak with doctors where I work, and I find that valuable. This supplement fits in well with my daily regimen and seems to be a good value at the presently listed price. I can’t attest to specific health claims however, and I always recommend to others that they do their own research and consult with their own health care providers prior to beginning a new supplement.I find this easy to swallow, it is a medium size capsule, and I’ve had no unpleasant side effects.
