Great for a clean mouth and fresh routine! This oil pulling set is genuinely impressive. I’ve been using it daily in the shower for over 10 minutes, and I can honestly say my teeth and tongue have never felt so clean. The taste is pleasant, and the tongue scraper is a brilliant addition. But the real surprise was the toothbrush — I didn’t realise how much of a difference a softer, better-quality brush could make. After continuously using this product I’ve come to find it’s been damaging by my teeth. I’m someone who has sensitive teeth/gums so I have to be really careful with what I put in my mouth and how hard I brush my teeth. I now have a filling in my tooth because the oils washed away my tooth protection, my gums have been penetrated and bleed anytime I brush, they’ve been randomly been bleeding from when I’ve been talking. It also made my breath stink for ages. I’ve now had to use soft toothbrushes, gum disease mouthwash and seyonden toothpaste. Itv was good to begin with, don’t over do it!

My dentist hates this product cause he is no longer able to charge me for early stage cavity treatments.

I like the Mint pulling oil because it leaves your mouth Minty Fresh. It is my favorite because I feel clean and confident for hours. I have used Guru Nanda products a few months after my dentist recommended that I stop using an electric toothbrush. I was shopping for a toothbrush when I discovered the Guru Nanda line. There is a toothbrush included in this package. It is wider and buttery soft! Very comfortable to use and no lines on your teeth! A tongue scraper is included, very sturdy for cleaning and helps leave your mouth feeling fresh. I am excited to know Guru Nanda now has the Nano tech toothpaste! I have been using another brand but will switch when it is available. I recommend this pulling oil and any of the Guru Nanda products. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
