what is the cover for the RD70 made from? is it a synthetic leather? im not keen on buying animal products, but it looks good....

I contacted Roberts customer team, and they confirmed that the cover is synthetic, and not made with animal products. 'I can confirm that the cover for the revival RD70 is faux cover and in fact not real leather' - Jo Smith, Roberts Radio Technical, 05.06.18. Hope this helps! :)

Can the Roberts Revival mains radio, or similar play cds

There is no Roberts Revival Series that plays CD'S.However Roberts do Radios with CD'S , most popular models would be Blutune 100 & 200 models.~Reillys of Enniskillen

Roberts Revival digital radio does have a plug. I use mine plugged into the mains every day.
