This is a great starter kit for your inflatable hot tub. It is a great value that encompasses the entire scope of what you need to get started.

was able to get my hot tub clean and clear with this stuff in a couple days. the containers are pretty small so the quantity is not all that much but it is a great way to get acquainted with the different chemicals and procedures needed for pool/spa care. will look into replenishment of some of the products individually for sure.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:If you don’t know what you are doing and just starting out with the hot tub, this is a good option. The portions don’t last very long depending on your hot tubs needs. But it will help you figure out what you need.

First off huge thank you to the people in charge, my company wouldn't allow us to use their product unless I was able to get SDS sheets for the chemicals we purchased, and same day I sent an email I had a response and the sheets that we needed. Absolutely worth that kind of customer service. Top Notch. We transferred the spa from CHlorine to Bromine, it was a process but I was tired of my chlorine just evaporating daily and resident complaints. Thanks to this kit, the transition was more simple than most things I encounter on a daily basis. Fixed PH issues, water cleared up the next day, the residents went from complaining about the spa to saying nothing but how nice both the pool and spa both are. So well worth the money spent. Thank you team of Aqua Doc, you guys made an entire property happy in one day!

The tablets and the shock came without seals and more than 1/2 empty. Needed it badly to set up for party so did not return. This is not a cheap product.

I saw a lot of review stating that the product is too expensive or doesn't work. For aluminum and paraben free products --these are a no brainier. Chlorine products just don't sit right with my skin and bleach treated hair, so I saw a TikTok video on AquaDoc products, stating they were from the USA, and they work well as a chlorine alternative, so I gave it a shot.I had a hard time early on figuring out how to balance the inflatable spa water (make sure you get inflatable spa version AquaDoc chemicals if you have an inflatable spa), and emailed AquaDoc. Was a little annoyed they didn't have a phone number, but I realized after writing an email that they respond quickly and accurately. I got 1v1 help from a representative and they explained everything to me and took the guesswork out. They started an email chain so I can continue updating them until things are set up.Love it, will buy again, beats any other chemical.Purchased: Inflatable spa treatment chemical kit $99.

These was a great kit that came with everything you need for pool/spa maintenance. There were clear instructions and everything was well packaged. The bottle were much larger than expected which was a huge plus!
