Litterlocker II, Litter Locker II Complete With Three Additional Refills

Arrived on time, plus was super excited to see that there is a refill inside already, so 4 in total. I had thought it would just be three. So this will get you started and set for several months. Now of course this is a luxury item, it's something you could certainly live without if you want to save a few quid, but why would you!? This just makes it so much easier to keep on top of this icky chore. Lets face it no matter how much you love your cat, no one likes keeping up with a little box every day. And I am guilty of letting it slide sometimes, so this has made it so simple to just scoop out and be done as I walk by which I know my kitty appreciates. I don't have to go get a bag, and then go throw it out after, plus I really like the area to hold the scoop as it keeps things much more hygienic than sitting this on the floor by the box as I have carpet. I know that sounds lazy haha, but it's just a nice convenience and helps lock away the smell fast and makes it easy to just thrown out one big bag every so often. So glad I bought and would recommend to everyone! I would say the only way you might not be thrilled with this product is if you have a lot of cats as it might fill up faster than is worth it. But for just a few cats this is so great! Also as you can see from the pic I added, it's a nice sender design and doesn't get in the way of your cat getting in and out of the box, even in a tight little corner like my set up is in.

Does what it says on the tin! I am so pleased I bought this little beauty, and only think more of it as time goes by - I have been using one for several months now. It feels well made with good-quality plastic, and being white and grey will go with most colour schemes (and goes fantastically with the white and grey litter trays I have!)I use clumping cat litter and the litterlocker makes scooping out the wet clumps and poop much less of a chore. Before I would either have to put to the offending material in a bag and take it straight outside (not a good option in the pouring rain or dead of night) or put it in my kitchen bin and put up with the smell (not really an option at all, as far as I was concerned!) The litterlocker, on the other hand, gives me somewhere to put the icky stuff where I can close the lid, and all smells are contained incredibly well. I have 2 cats and find I only have to empty the litterlocker about every week or so, so it holds a fair amount too.It is true that the refill liners are a little on the pricey side, but having tried an imitation product I would recommend spending that bit extra - the cheaper ones I bought were much thinner and didn't seem to have such a long amount of plastic available. I also can't imagine trying to refill the cartridge, which I've read is possible, but for me would create more hassle, and the whole point of getting this was ease of use!All-in-all I would highly recommend this item, especially if you will be using litter trays long-term because you have indoor cats - or, like mine, rescue cats that grew up indoors and so, even though they now go outside, refuse to do their business there and still insist on using their litter trays!!

After reading lots of reviews about this product, and looking at other similar items, we decided to give this a go, we are not disappointed, it is exactly as described and excellent value from this seller because you get three additional refills included, so four in total if you include the one inside the bin.We recently brought home two kittens that will be housecats due to main road outside our house, we dispose of the litter in doggy bags but if you don't take the bags outside immediately, it starts to smell quickly, the information about this litter bin says that there's no smell, we were sceptical but decided to give it a go, nothing to lose. Glad we did, it really is good, the tray seals the bag off so when you throw litter in the opening at the top, there's no smell from the waste inside, when you close the lid, you pull the tray out and waste drops into the bag - so no smell!! Great system, so pleased that I have bought another one for my partner's cats ( I am their other servant)Only slight problem is that our babies are going through the bags at a rate of knots, lol, we have to empty bag about every three days for two kittens, hopefully that will settle down as they get older.Well worth the money as it has significantly reduced the litter smells and is easy to use.

I wish i had this years ago. I read all the reviews and decided to purchase it, praying my husband wouldn't moan at me for another gadget. However, how useful is this!!! Morning and night I empty the litter tray, straight into this locker and the smell is gone and I am not routing around for a plastic bag twice a day. The kittens watch me in interest, but do not play with the litter locker so it is not knocked down or anything. The scoop is a little on the large side, I have a smaller scoop but the gaps are too large. I empty the locker weekly and that is so quick and easy. No mess anywhere. I am very, very impressed with this.

I bought this just over a month ago after finally giving in & hoping for the best as I felt it was a little expensive & I was also fed up with using a small normal bin just for the cat pooh & bracing myself for the awful smell whenever I opened it or emptied it!! When emptying the Litterlocker bin I braced myself for the smell... But there was nothing!! That is a definite winner in my book :) As I have 3 cats I change the bin every 2 weeks but that's my own preference, I may try 3 weeks and see how it goes... As someone said in their review I also found the scoop a bit big so I just used a smaller one, the bin itself is a little big (I have a small flat) But all in all it's a massively good buy, saves you being stunk out & it saves using loads of bags for the cat pooh! I wouldn't be without it now!!! I just wish I'd bought this sooner! :)

We have just adopted two 10 week old kittens and within a couple of days, there was that familiar odour permeating round the house and nobody wanted to open the kitchen bin. Litter Locker has made such a difference and although the refills are rather expensive, it is worth it for the difference it has made.
