At 3mm thick its easy to cut to your exact chosen size with a good pair of scissors and can be rolled up like a carpet for storage. The chequer finish to the top surface offers a reasonable grip when dry, however this may become less so when wet. We're going to be using this on an outside ramp and my concern is that it may be a little slippery after a rain shower. The company offers various sizes and thicknesses and I probably would have been better ordering the 4mm thick instead for my requirements.
