Black Neoprene Garden Boots Slip On Waterproof Outdoor Shoe

For some time I've been looking for some footwear to slip on when I go to the bins, shed or garden. Comfort, ease of putting on and being waterproof are all important. My search has not been easy but finally I have found a pair of 'garden shoes' that are everything I want and more. They pull on easily and fit snug to the top of the foot below the ankle with a tough elasticated closure. The shoe itself is black neoprene and robust with a ribbed and substantial sole. Overall it gives the appearance of being one piece with no seams for water to get in through. I've only had them a week but they are already well used and I feel confident that I will be able to use them instead of my wellies for light snow clearing duties when the time comes. For this modest price, I am well pleased and sure they will last a good long time.

I needed some waterproof shoes for winter gardening and these fit the bill.My shoe size is 11 but I have wide feet so as a precaution I ordered size 12. This was a good move because they are a perfect and comfortable fit. Size 11 would have definitely been too tight.The soles and heels have a ridged tread which should provide some grip on soft ground. However, these are plastic shoes and there is potential to slip on hard wet surfaces. This is the only reason I have marked them down slightly.My previous Dunlop shoes fell apart at the seams after only a few months, so it will be interesting to see how well these wear in the longer term. First impressions are good.*** Just an update after several months of wet winter wear in the garden - I am very pleased with the shoes which are wearing well. No leakage and still very comfortable. One of the shoe liners started to ruck, but that was easily fixed before it got too bad with a good coating of glue and it now remains firmly in place. I would certainly buy these again - very much better than my previous Dunlops which were poorly constructed.

These garden boots are very practical and keep your feet dry when it's wet. Only trouble is they are a snug fit, so they can be a bit awkward to put on.

Good quality, comfy to wear & are waterproof

Very practical for doing stuff in the garden. They are sturdier and good for leisure walks when the soil is damp and a little muddy to protect wearing your nice trainers or shoes. The shoes are waterproof so they can be easily washed.

The shoes arrived after a few days. They seem to be of a reasonable quality for the price.The neoprene lining is good, but the fit is a little tight. I am a UK size 11, so following the Amazon advice on the order page I bought the same size.They do fit, but a little on the snug side.Time will tell, I guess, if they stand up to long term wear - and if I can stand up long term in them.

Colour shown as green, disappointed they came as black.Buy at least one size bigger than you normally choose.Ankle support could be taller.Overall reasonable but not as good as they could be with some tweaks, which is frustrating
