In all honesty, I am so skeptical about supplements due to the regulation that does not happen... that said, I am a professional Cyclist and use supplements to help aid my training and recovery. it's hard to find a good company that is processed in a safe facility that also meets the doping regulations as I believe that some ergogenic aids are unfair and are wrong to use in athletics. further, I like this since it was using all-natural ingredients as well as being vegan and gluten-free. in addition, having a complex that meets all the need nutritionally is hard to find and this whole food complex included many needed nutrients along with additional sources of most needed amino acids (Niacin, Biotin, Riboflavin, Thiamine HCL, and folate). it also included a blend of enzymes and probiotics to where I found the most effective. after a few weeks of taking it, I noticed a difference in my mood and energy levels. at first, I wasn't noticing much but then found that my energy was much more sustainable and I seemed to have a better positive mindset probably due to the fact that I had better energy and sleep that was more full and meaningful. I honestly would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for better energy and addition to better their health. of course I would also recommend taking this in the mornings along with food and eating a sustainable healthy diet alongside to help absorption.

I've used supplements in the past for B Vitamins in the pill form and they never seemed to do anything for me and so I stopped for awhile. I noticed a decrease in energy as I got older and the multivitamins alone didn't do much justice and would frequently make me feel more tired. I was in the process of trying other supplements and different brands and nothing seemed to make a difference until I came across these capsules. I take them alongside a multivitamin for other essentials and I finally feel like I have extra energy. I take 2 a day but I split them apart, 1 in the morning when I awake and the second around lunchtime. I work a lot long days so it has been helping me get through the evening grind without having to resort to coffee or caffeine pills as an unhealthy boost.

I have purchased this before, and this was the same amount as always - 120 capsules. But I am SO HAPPY that the containers is substantially smaller! Same quality, same quantity, but less plastic!!! As an environmentalist, I am very satisfied.
