Item returned. [UPDATE: Issue resolved, works great now!] *by N***S on January 16, 2023* [UPDATE]I was contacted by Matt and offered a second bracket to try and determine what the issue was that I originally reported. I'm not sure what the difference was between the two mounts but this one worked perfectly on the first attempt. As best as I could tell, the measurements on my light were exactly as depicted in the help photos Matt sent. I was able to slide the light into any set of slots I chose without issue and the light now sits securely. Matt's willingness to work with me on this issue was impressive and greatly appreciated. I was pleased with his professionalism and the stellar customer service he provided. I'd not hesitate to recommend the product now and am certainly very confident in the support one would receive if any issues arose. Great product and service all the way around.---- original post----The concept is great for this item, and I think it fills an actual need for Blisslights owners. It allows one to wall mount the SkyLite anywhere in the room, which saves one from the problem of having to find an available flat surface to place it on (dresser, desk, etc.). However, the one I received was either slightly off in its slot printing or the item simply needs some pre-production tweaking. No amount of effort would allow any two slots to line up and securely hold the SkyLite within the mount. I expect I could have lightly sanded out the slots to "fix" this issue, but that's not something I should have to do on a new item. I opted to return the mount. This could have been a one-off issue so you may have better luck than I did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect! *by S***T on August 19, 2023* So innovative and perfect for getting our projector up and out of the way! Read the directions for a perfect fit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a great job at keeping the projector steady and away from the dog *by D***T on April 6, 2023* We got one of these sky projectors for our media room. We have lights around the TV that adjust to the scene, but it's also nice to have a soothing color swirl on the ceiling as well; it really sets the ambiance. We had been propping the projector up on a chair, but that was unstable and the dog kept nosing it off of there. This wall mount was the perfect solution to our problem. It keeps it at the perfect height and angle, and keeps it up off of the floor and out of reach of our dog.
