Good, strong bracket
Really nice strong bracket. I have two of these. One for a punchbag and one for an indoor sensory swing for my son. Touch wood, neither have come flying off yet.

Solid with only 2 screws, so easy to fit
Seems to be excellent used it fur a week with no issues. Bought as a previous bracket wore through. This seems more resilient. I will update in several months. Quick delivery and great product by looks alone!

Solid Bracket
I was not certain about this bracket due to the low price. However I was very happy with the build quality, it is very heavy and durable. I currently have it set up with a 70KG bag and it is holding great, with no signs of movement or decay after a few long sessions.

Holds 40kg on pulley system.
Easy to install. Drill four pilot holes first, then work your way up to the size for wall plugs. Screw it all in nice and tight. Job done. Used two of these to create a pulley system from the ceiling in my garage gym. So far working well, taking a weight of 40Kg.

Great
Brilliant for the price. Would think it cost more. I used it to attach to a wooden beam when I bought a punch bag for me. Used 6” wood screws and works perfectly. Bought and other 1 week later when I bought a second punch bag For the kids.
