I use the mineral filters. I purchased the table that can roll on your counter for ease of pulling in and pulling out of the corner. It has been such a good investment that even this morning I was thinking I love this machine! Used daily, no weird taste, easy to operate, easy to change filter, easy to keep clean. Mostly I like that I know that my water is clean water and not laced with the toxins that exist in all regular drinking water.
