Lots of resistance for pool exercise!!
I purchased these and have used them at the pool several times. I really like them and believe they will help tone my arms and back. I thought they were a little pricey but are very sturdy. They are a little bulky. I put a bungie cord on the handles to carry them back and forth to the pool. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would like to purchase the leg fins in the future.

Great workout in pool
Gives great workout in pool. The little black bits on the end keep falling off....it doesnt' affect how they work, but annoying

Best so far!
I'm 71 and I started water walking the first of 2024 using the largest dumbbell resistance they had at the pool and wished for more resistance. A lady came in with a pair of the large Hydra Bell's and I knew I had to have them. The first week I went all out using every movement in my arsenal. To my surprise, my legs were weak and tired more than my arms? Pushing through the water with these things was an all over workout. After 6 mos. I still love them and wish they made a bigger set.
