Useless product
Failed to work, I checked using body volt meter, it does not bring down body voltage to zero. Sellerust take back product and initiate refund

Started using the grounding sheet and, at first, it was giving me a headache, so I wasn't sure it was going to work. But after a few nights the headaches stopped and I started to feel a significant difference in my restfulness and determined that my body must have been detoxing from the mix of using my phone in bed and other poor sleep hygiene habits. It encouraged me to change several nighttime habits and I am getting even more restful sleep, now!
