Honda recommends to do it 7,500 - 22,500 - 37,500 - 52,500 - 67,500 - 82,500 mile maintenance. Oil and filter change but, I do my own filter change since I live in a city that is having a lot of construction and high allergies levels; so, I check my filters pretty often and vacuum them if necessary, and whenever they smell or I get the allergies back by turning my A/C on I change them, this brand has worked great for me, I save money, and so far it has worked pretty good for me.
