All of the packets had a good flavor. I didn't notice a aftertaste like some of the powders can have. I would definitely buy these again.

It happens to all of us: we don't drink enough water, we are hungover, and we need to keep hydrated. Well, this electrolyte powder fixes that!My partner and I tried it both ways, once after a hangover, and once because we didn't have enough water. For the hangover, it solidly helped and urine looked normal and not dark after a few hours. For me who didn't drink enough water, after drinking this mix I didn't need much water after it.All you have to do is mix two cups of water with one of these packets, stir, and drink. It's that easy and it does its job. But how is the taste? It's like a less sweet version of Gatorade and the only reason why this didn't score a perfect five.

Not the biggest fan here. I thought with real sugar the flavor would be better- it actually tasted like the fake sugar I was surprised it was actual cane sugar… the flavors were minimal and subtle. The pineapple was slightly better than the lemon, but not by much. The Energy packet did give me a kick like a cup of coffee, but with all three kinds I had to add more water than recommended as I just didn’t love the taste. Not for me I guess.

Cheaper on Amazon with free shipping than it is on their website. I will be ordering more.

I'd suggest adding 12 ounces of water to a 32-oz bottle, then adding the mix. Add more water to dilute the mix to personal taste. Each flavor is different, so the amount of water to taste is different as well. 16-oz bottle of water is just a standard for the recipe, as we all have different tastes. It's best to experiment to find what suits you best. I personally prefer a less strong flavor with more water, so I use around 20 - 24-oz of water with each packet.

Would not allow to post review without rating, but i do not even give one star for this product. Much too salty and way too sweet. Ineligible for return!! No way this product is healthy- throwing away.

I thought these hydration samplers were pretty good. They have a strong flavor to them which is more satisfying than many watered down sports drinks. In wine speak, I would say they are full-bodied, rich, intense and smooth. I have to admit that when I first drank one of them, I didn’t like it all that much. I thought it tasted too artificial for me because I prefer fruit juices or plain water before and after my workouts. I think it took a little getting used to for me because by the time I had my 3rd sample, I thought wow, these are actually pretty good! I like that they are easy to tear individual powder packets that I can add to my own water bottle and not have to buy bottled sports drinks to add to the landfill. As suggested, I just need to pour one packet into 16oz of water and after several quick shakes, they are completely diluted and ready to go. They are made in the USA, by the way, so I was not too concerned about drinking them. Overall, a great variety pack for different hydration needs. I prefer Energy and Recovery the most in this pack. I can toss a few in my backpack and use them at the gym before and after my workouts. It might take getting used to the taste at first but they are very satisfying once that happens, so I would recommend them. I’d give them a 4.5/5.0 - 12/10/2022.
