Can i use it on my child’s tip of his nose for warts

As your son's wart is on his face, i would absolutely do a patch test in a discreet place first. Our experience has been that there is a small amount of skin colour change after treatment, but we attributed this to body healing process as opposed to the topical cream, and it has faded over time.
