I carried the eggs unbroken in to work in the container so it wasn’t liquid. Easy and very fast to make and clean up. I add an egg, salt and pepper, pierce the yolk, and add a slice of cheese on top. Making sure the lid is secure and the vent is fully open, I cook it for 1 min in an 800W microwave. I don't keep it in the container beyond that. I use a silicone spatula for removing the egg to avoid scratching the cooker. Eggs come out easily. Tiniest niggle is that the wee side handle on the bottom half is on the right side, so it's slightly harder than it needs to be to pick it up when open and scoop out the egg (i'm right handed).
