Is this any good for hormoanal breakouts on the face?

Hiya, as breakouts are often caused by bacteria I would say it is. I use it for just about everything, brilliant stuff, got rid of a stye in 24 hours the other day, good on burns, scrapes etc. Probably most effective on an open sore/wound . Well worth a try though!

What is the shelf life of this and the liquid, once opened?

It’s a gel rather than a liquid. I use it in tiny quantities and am nearing the end of the tube I posted the review about (well over a year ago) and the tube is still fine

Will it worm on ringworm?

I've never had to deal with ringworm however it would be my go to if I did. It is an amazing product. I have used it for various situations including soothing severe stinging nettle stings on a toddler and even helping a cat with a nasty would to its ear. Hope this helps.
