It doesn’t damage the doors or frames, easy setup, and allows you to do many variations of workouts including isolation workouts.

Been using consistently for a month now, no noticeable defects on anything included. The nice part of these being shorter than other bands and coming with the foot straps is is takes the guess work out of stretching the bands with your stance top get the correct resistance. Also allows for different exercises without the bands shifting under your feet.Main note is for the bench press pad, if you don't pull the excess nylon cover to the outside the bands before you use it the pad will start to bunch up when the nylon begins to contract and grabs hold of it.

I like the individual parts. Makes a home gym possible and portable. I'm not too crazy about the straps on a door, they move too much and restrict exercises to a door with space on both left and right sides.

My husband takes this with him when he has to travel for work. He likes being able to attach it to the hotel bathroom door and not have to go down to the hotel gym because he never knows what amenities those comes with. He loves the versatility of the attachments and hasn't had any complaints about the sturidness of it on the door. Seem to be a winner of a product as far as he's concerned.

The first day I received this product I fastened it to the door and on the first excercise the belt fastener broke. This made the whole device useless. I am currently looking for a better locking system.

Be very careful. It got loose no sturdy grip to door and my wife hurt her shoulder really bad.

All components are listed in the instructions, and all components were included. There are no real instructions in the pamphlet for the bar or the buckles on the door straps, but putting them together is very straightforward, and you can’t really put them together wrong. All the components fit in the provided storage bag. All the components feel very solid and sturdy, not cheap at all. I like that it’s very incremental but can go up to almost 200 lbs.Attaching the setup to a door works fine — it seems very sturdy if you follow the instructions. The bar can be assembled to be two different lengths (based on if you do or do not put the middle piece in), but the instructions don’t mention this. The bench press pad that goes around your back doesn’t really work comfortably if your middle torso is more than like 42 inches around. If you are bigger, the pad will dig into your sides when you push up.Other than those minor issues, this is a cool setup and very convenient for working out in small spaces. Honestly surprised about how good the quality is, given the price.

We installed this on our basement door where our home gym is. Works fantastic and I love all the different attachments.
