The exerciser was easy to assemble, easy to use, and is easy to disassemble for cleaning. I bought it to help alleviate chest congestion, and it definitely helps break up the mucus. I don’t use it often, but it serves its purpose when I need it.

My son had been using another breather to help remove excess mucous from his lungs. When it broke, I didn't have enough money to replace it with the same kind. I found this & bought it; hoping it would work enough until I could afford the other one. It works so good, I won't be needing to order the expensive one. This is a wonder device that simulates what the lung mouth cilia do at the mouth of lungs all the way to the back of the mouth. Bye Bye, mucus. 2/3 8 minute sessions per day will suffice.

The plastic keeps cracking and I have tp replace

It’s small enough that it fits in your hand comfortably. The design makes it easy enough to dissemble and clean thoroughly. It definitely makes your lungs work harder. I would purchase again since it’s decently priced and works like it should.

If you happen to be a deep sea diver or you want to breathe deeper so you have a better night sleep I recommend this unit I bought one because I have so much congestion in my lungs at times that and it cleaned it up right away it's a deep breathing exerciser it's perfect if you're deep sea diver then learn to Deep deeper a deeper use of your lungs comes with an exercise you can do exercises with it it helps to open up the capacities of your lungs so that you can breathe longer and get rid of phlegm as well I would recommend it good quality little product
