I have COPD ,Long story short I have been sitting for 6 months and my 02s got 84 24 hours a day , I couldn't breathe hardly at all it started messing with my heart ( not enough o2) so I bought this used 2x a day for 10 min each time I am not kidding within 48 hours I was 50% better. No mucus came up. So , even if you dont see mucus its working..COPD doesn't have a lot of mucus. My lungs 🫁 just got extremely weak they are muscles & have to be worked. Even if you're not a former smoker you can benefit from exercising your lungs with this device. I could very much see how this would benefit athletes, swimmers, or divers as well. Wish I would have gotten one sooner!

Fell apart with just the smallest bearing ball inside. Will not stay sealed . Poorly designed and a piece of junk. Customers beware. Do not buy!
