Glucosamine Tablets by Flexable 1500 mg 30 Tablets (1 Month Supply) High Strength Sustained Release Supplement Supports Healthy Joints

Highly recommend these tablets for anyone who suffers from Fibromyalgia, like me. I take one of these every night and I swear it helps with all manner of things from pains in my back, hips and knees as well as restless legs. I also think this helps me to get a better night's sleep. I used to get these in bulk but couldn't find them on Amazon any more. Would appreciate any advice on bulk purchases if anyone knows where to get them! These are Glucosamine Hydrochloride rather than sulphate.

I have been taking Glucosamine for my spondylitis, when I can afford it, for years. There are two types sold. The cheaper is Glucosamine on it's own, and Glucosamine with Chondroitin which is very, very expensive but helps to absorb and activate the Glucosamine rather then most of it flushing through the system. This is a big 1500mg dose, so chances of efficacy are significantly increased. And slow release over 12 hours so it isn't going to overload the system's ability to activate them. Still a bit pricey for a month's supply, but far more chance of gaining all the benefits. I know the effects of Glucosamine after so many years, it helps to keep me more mobile, gives me a chance of at least some normal life and reduces the pain of inflammation. I have to go for the best and most reliable brands as it is so important to gain the effects. The difference is noticeable when I don't take them. I have also used green lipped mussel, which has helped also, but I keep on returning to Glucosamine as my most basic and reliable aid.The tablets are lozenge shaped and very large, extremely so, but the shape aids in swallowing. If I ever do have any difficulty they'll go into my mortar and pestle and taken like Beechams powders.These will help a lot both for my aching joints and my budget. Very pleased to be introduced to them.

I knew about glucosamine from issues in the past so when I was offered some to try out I decided to give it a go.These tablets arrived in an amazon box so they were well packaged. They come in a box and it was secure and intact, with an unbroken seal. When I opened the box, I was pretty shocked at the size of the tablets, these are easily the largest tablets I've ever seen. They're solid powder too, so they don't have the squishy give that gelatin capsules do. They don't have any taste or odour luckily, but I have a lot of trouble swallowing these as I really don't have a wide swallow reflex. I honestly don't know why they need to be so big, there's enough technology in the world to reduce the size of a tablet from collosal to reasonable quite easily.I used these for almost a month and I'm going to give up on them. I've had pretty much no improvement in my joint pain at all, there has been a slight improvement in my ability to get up and down stairs but I'm also taking high dose cod liver oil, and I have a feeling it's got more to do with that than the Glucosamine. I really don't feel like these tablets have done anything for me at all and I have to agree with other reviewers, that the cost of these is substantial and very unnecessary. You can get a bottle of identical strength and type Glucosamine for a few pounds yet this pack is £10 AFTER discount, which is quite absurd.Overall I must say I would not but these at the price shown, as I found they did not help my issues and are way too expensive for what they are. More work needs to go into resizing those tablets too, they're just too big for most people.
