Purchased this fireplace as the main heat source for our newly finished basement.Installation was straightforward~ hubby had it done in just under an hour.Recessed it into the wall and it looks fabulous. Really like the many choices of colors for the flame which gives lots of mood enhancing options.Digital display is on the front when using the remote is bright and easy to read from afar.On high it works well and warms nearly instantaneously the aprox 400 square foot space. Very quiet too. I am in love! Worth every penny!

I was able to get this installed in my home. Originally I bought it cause it looked cool. Now that we are in the winter I am actually using the heater and it warms up super fast and works great. I truly recommend this product. It has a great design and easy to install.

Box came damaged and there was a small dent on the fireplace in the same exact spot. Thankfully did not effect the use. Lots of color options for any season or holiday!! Heats wonderfully and great value for the money! I highly recommend

Very realistic fire place, perfect size and good performance. Easy to use and ease when changing colors to match the atmosphere.

The smaller and well labeled with FRAGILE / GLASS box was inside an unlabeled box twice the size which was NOT padded so obviously it got banged around and there were small chips on the glass front...but not worth the hassle of reboxing and returning!! But it did arrive damaged. Disappointing.The ACTUAL product is very nice and entertaining with the various lights, colors, flames and heat options. Remote works fine for me...although not clear on how to "eventually" change the little flat battery...which one must have to really use the unit! I was not sure if it would seem "fake" but it is like a light show so a good focal point and atmospheric. I love it so far. Whoever does the packaging...you can do better! Use a little common sense and air bubble packing and a SMALLER outside box...or none?!

This fireplace looks very nice in appearance, unfortunately it doesn’t exude heat. I’ve had it for loss than two months and it’s been installed for less than a month, the heat has only worked once since receiving it. Not worth the money at all

Looks good, the color options are cool seems to put out good heat (hasn’t been cold enough to really test) but once you’ve turned the flames and bed on you can turn the heat off and on but I can’t find a way to turn them off. If the power is on they are on now seemingly forever. Instruction manual does not give any answer on how to turn them back off and just use the heat.Update: been in contact with the seller and they confirmed there is no way to turn the flame and bed lights off once they are on. I feel like this is important to know as I would have probably bought a different brand had I known. Other than that it’s a nice unit.
