The process of customisation was easy. The person co-ordinated through WhatsApp. Asked for design and clarified doubts. Within 3 days of the design approval the item was received.The board is light weight, seems little delicate so handle carefully. The wall mounting holes are adequate and holds the board well on the wall. The font options are good and overall makes the design look great.Only drawback: You must have a good design acumen. Otherwise it will look bad and can't blame the provider.
